 Alise did an absolutely fantastic job selling our Basking Ridge house. She factored the timing of the market in early September with the available inventory and the likely price balance between supply and demand and advised us of the best balance between staging and timing to bring in potential  buyers. The result was a pending contract within two weeks at very close to asking price. The materials she prepared to market the property were extremely professional and blanketed both paper based and internet based buyers. Once the contract cleared the lawyers, she was always available to guide us through the details working toward closing. Even when an inexcusably poor and biased bank appraisal valued the home at significantly less than contract price, she helped us reach a compromise with the buyer at only a modest further price reduction. We have already recommended Alise to others in the area who are considering selling in the next couple of years.
